Premises


The user once joined the Minecraft server accept automatically and assures to read the rules entirely. Furthermore, the user accept that rules may be modified without any notice, so he/she must keep updated through the network's channels.

In case of situations not covered by the rules, the staff has the right to choose the most appropriate sanction for the case.

The staff's decision is absolute in every circumstance. The staff has the right to modify the duration of the sanction at the moment of the infraction.

Any abuse or inappropriate behavior by the staff can be reported to the headstaff, who can revoke any sanction.

  • Mute indicates the exclusion of the user from the text chat

  • Ban indicates the temporary or permanent exclusion from the server

  • Blacklist indicates the permanent exclusion from the server, not revocable through a purchase from the store.

  • The user can be warned by the staff in case of recidivism or particularly serious behaviors. In case of a sustained amount of warns, the player could be excluded from the server.

Every player is responsible for his/her own account and its security. The staff exempts itself from any responsibility not due to it.


General


It is absolutely forbidden to:

  1. abuse of the text chat. Such abuses includes advertising (or "spam"), sending multiple messages in a short period of time (or "flood"), the disproportionate usage of capital letters (o "caps"), the usage of coarse language, insults and threats. [15 Minutes → 1 Day]

  2. share private info and the usage of cyber attack towards the server or a user. [Blacklist]

  3. use inappropriate nickname. [Warn → Permanent Ban]

  4. trade of Store items. [Blacklist]

  5. use alt accounts. If a member of your family plays on the server, you must inform a staff. The staff has the right to check your statement through the server's tools and/or by asking to talk with you and your relative in a voice channel. [Permanent ban of alts account + reset of the main account]

  6. share the account with multiple people. [Ban, 30 Days]

  7. use client which guarantees illecit advantages. [Ban, 14 Days → Permanent]

  8. use of bug and exploits which guarantee illecit advantages. [Ban, 14 Days → Permanent]

  9. impersonate a staff member or other users, even if they never joined the network. [Ban, in base alla situazione]

  10.  comunicatein languages other than English.  [Mute, 15 minutes → 1 Day]

  11. force a chargeback on our store. [Blacklist]

  12. use another accounts to evade an active punishments [Ban of alt account, permanent]


Practice


It is absolutely forbidden to:

  1. excessive running during the fight
  2. boost your stats
  3. team with other players of other teams

GrindPvP


The server allows player to do "Up"s. The "Up"s consist in a player who, in exchange of in-game items, buys a package from the store to another player.
These exchanges must be done ONLY in presence of an headstaff member. The server doesn't offer refunds if the "Up" didn't go well without any staff member assisting the exchange.

It's absolutely forbidden to:

  1. use more accounts to abouse of events and server feature, such as the AFK Warp. [Permanent ban of alts account + reset of the main account]

  2. gift the bounty to another player. [Rollback + Ban, duration based on the bounty]

  3. to interfer in a fight altering its outcome between two (or more) players not members of your gang (crossteam). [Rollback + Ban, 12 hours → 3 Days]
    Here are some particular cases in which crossteam is not present:

    1. if a player has less than an half of hearts (less than 9 hearts)
    2. the player doesn't have any more equipment and is trying to escape
    3. if the third(s) user(s) kill(s) everyone involved in the fight in a short period of time
    All reports must be accompanied by video proofs. You can upload the proofs only on Discord (.mp4), Youtube, Medal, Streamable and Vimeo. You can ask the staff for permission to upload it on other platforms.

    For gangs with slots manually increased by the staff (4+ slots), the maximum number of players who can collaborate in a fight is 4. An exception is made in case you engage in a fight with another gang that has more than 4 members online. The headstaff reserves the right to lift a gang for a short time from this rule in special cases (e.g. creation of content on the server).

    As written in the premises, the HeadStaff has the right to decide if a crossteam happened.

  6. scam players during an "Up". [Blacklist]


  7. you can scam ONLY when trading in-game items.

    The rules are constantly being updated. The staff reserves the right to punish players for reasons and duration not stated in this list, as stipulated in the 'Preamble'.
